Abilities

⯌ Water Summoning/Manipulation

Demyx can create water out of nothing with just his magic alone and this unassuming musician has a huge well of magic. He can not just make water appear, but he can shape it into whatever he wants. If he wants to move more water, he has to use his sitar conduit.





⯌ Arpeggio

The beloved sitar belonging to Demyx and tied to his heart is as big as he is and he uses it to magically manipulate water with the notes he plays. Or sometimes he just plays for fun, no water required. This instrument lives in an unseen space and is also formed out of water. It's also his melee weapon.





⯌ Dark Nobody Stuff

He has something of a hammerspace pocket available to him where his sitar lives, as well as other things when he has them. He can also pass through portals and travel along dark corridors as shortcuts wherever he happens to be.





⯌ Limit Break

In battle, Demyx can pull off two different limit breaks, both involve a lot of water. He can only use them once per encounter, so it's good he can do more than that.

Demyx will do what he can to avoid this outcome, but challenging him carries a risk. He's not nearly as wimpy as he appears. What he might lack in raw strength, he can make up in tenacity. Out of all the characters in Kingdom Hearts with magical affinity he's only outclassed by a couple of them. He has a huge well of magic and magical potential.

He'll probably pout about this, but I also wouldn't expect him to just accept it. Might be in for a fight if he's pushed too far.

He's not going down without a fight. Ask first though.

Everything about Demyx's outfit screams villain and it's perfectly fine to suspect his motives. It's also perfectly fine to fall for his 'I'm just a dumb blond idiot' routine. It's also perfectly fine to suspect he's lying about that. Demyx lies all the time, especially when it comes to his abilities, his intelligence and his unassuming non-threatening nature. It's a defense mechanism that he can pull the trigger on at a later date if he needs to. He's banking on the element of surprise to keep him safe.
