Lea/Axel Demyx and Axel have a history of however many years together in the Organization. He doesn't know him well, but he probably knows him the best out of everyone, and Lea at least is approaching him with an open mind. Lea cares about his welfare, and as bad as he feels about having to let his guard down somewhat, he'll do it for Lea. Demyx isn't sure what to do with himself, and Lea's guidance is somewhat of a balm to his discomfort and unease. He almost wants to actually be friends, but he's not sure. He's still trying to protect himself. Sora His feelings about Sora are complex. They've fought, they've determined who was stronger, but Demyx isn't sure if that was a blessing or a curse. It didn't matter, he rejoined the Organization in the end. He isn't sure if he likes Sora, but he did trust him to win. If he thought he couldn't defeat Xehanort, he wouldn't have helped behind the scenes. This is a closely guarded secret, partly because they have no reason to trust his word, but also he isn't sure turning to them would really do any good. The more people know, the higher possibility that Xehanort could find out. He's wary, because Sora is suspicious of him and he worries if he changes his mind, he'll get a keyblade upside the head. Those things hurt! Roxas Roxas is the kid he knew back then, and there's little he really knows about it. They were never close, but he likes Roxas well enough. He trusts him as much as he trusts anyone else, which is to say not at all. Aqua All he really knows about Aqua is that she is on the side of the light and he is not. She questioned his motives and he had none to offer. She threatened him and he wants to avoid all conflict. He'll have to learn more about her to determine what kind of threat she is to him. Fluttershy A chance meeting over a question about tea and he thinks he can almost call her a casual friend. They seem to run into each other, and it's refreshingly nice to see a friendly face. He'll smile, he'll greet her warmly, and he'll work on that trust thing. He's just waiting for the other shoe to drop. Jecht Demyx cannot help but like Jecht. The guy is just cool. He doesn't mind his presence which is a new experience when it comes to the people around him, and he's been feeling rather happy around him, and is genuinely excited to see him. It's entirely possible that this will be a true friendship in the making, although he isn't quite there yet. Rapunzel Rapunzel left an impression with her kind words and love of music and he's hoping to spend more time discussing that with her in the future. Bard Bard is a bit of a mystery, although he likes to sing being a bard and all, and Demyx likes that. They're discussing being in a band together, which he thinks would be kind of exciting.
